Due to winter driving conditions over Hays Hill and Cave Junction, Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will have a delayed start. Due to inclement weather in Cave Junction and on Hayes Hill, our Cave Junction facility will be open to patients at 10:00 am on Monday, December 27th, 2021. All other locations will have normal hours.
