Due to inclement weather, Siskiyou Community Health Center will be opening at 10:30 am Tuesday, February 28. Weather conditions may cause additional delays.

Due to inclement weather, Siskiyou Community Health Center’s Cave Junction clinic is closed Tuesday, March 28. All other locations remain unchanged.

The vaccine clinic in Grants Pass will have modified hours on Friday, May 26 and for the month of June. They will be closed on the following days: Friday, May 26th Mondays in June - June 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Friday, June 9th and 16th All other days remain unchanged.

Our offices and clinics will be closed for the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 29, 2023.
