Our clinics will close at noon, Thursday, December 24. On Friday, December 25, all of our sites will be closed. Saturday, December 26, the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy in Grants Pass will be open 9:00am - 1:00pm.    

On Friday, January 1, all of our sites will be closed. Saturday, January 2, the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy in Grants Pass will be open 9:00am - 1:00pm.

Our Cave Junction location is closing at 3:00pm today, January 26.

Due to inclement weather, our Cave Junction location is closed Wednesday, January 27th. All other locations remain unchanged. Weather conditions may cause further alerts. Check our website regularly for updates.

Due to weather conditions, Siskiyou Community Health Center will be on a 1 hour delay Tuesday, March 9 in Cave Junction. All other locations will be open normal hours.
