Due to winter driving conditions over Hays Hill and Cave Junction, Siskiyou Community Health Center in Cave Junction will have a delayed start. The Cave Junction location will open at 9:00 am Tuesday, December 14th. All other locations remain unchanged. For continued updates, check our website and social media channels.

Due to inclement weather in Cave Junction and on Hayes Hill, our Cave Junction facility will be open to patients at 10:00 am on Monday, December 27th, 2021. All other locations will have normal hours.
