Siskiyou Community Health Center medical and dental clinics will be closing at 12:00pm on Tuesday, December 24th. Our pharmacies will close at 12:30pm.

All Siskiyou Community Health Center clinics and offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday, December 25th. We will resume normal hours on Thursday, December 26th.

All of our offices and clinics will be closed on Wednesday, January 1. Regular hours will resume on Thursday.

Our Cave Junction location is CLOSED ALL DAY, Thursday, January 16. (INCLUDING THE PHARMACY) The Grants Pass location is still on a 2-hour delay. Any updates will be posted on our website and on our social media channels.

Due to weather conditions, Siskiyou Community Health Center will be on a 2 hour delay Friday, January 17 in Cave Junction. All other locations will be open normal hours.

The Walk-In Clinic and the Pharmacy in Grants Pass are open 9:00am to 1:00pm Saturday, May 23, 2020.

All of our locations are closed for Memorial Day, Monday May 25, 2020.

Siskiyou Community Health Center will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. This includes the Walk-In Clinic and Pharmacy. We will be open for regular business hours on Monday, July 6th.
